HOA membership is automatically extended to all lot owners. Each lot owner is afforded one member vote for each lote owned.
Officers and Committee Chairs
The Board appoints officers (President, Secretary, and Treasurer) and committee chairs from among directors.
Annual dues are $100 per household. Dues are due to the Treasurer no later than 31 October for the coming year.
The park committee manages common area maintenance and improvements by administered Board-approved contracts in the short-term, and developing improvement plans in the long-term.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is open to all members. Members elect directors to the Board for a two-year term. Elections are held during the annual meeting.
The architectore committee analyzes requests for exterior modification and dispute resolution. The committee advises the Board to approve or disapprove requested actions based upon compliance with accepted covenants and by-laws
